Adam McKinley
Adam is an Accredited Family and Child Protection Mediator with the Ontario Association for Family Mediation. He has been involved with the Family Justice System for over 14 years. He currently mediates at the Ontario Court of Justice in Windsor on the Bridging Family Conflict court connected service roster. He has successfully mediated hundreds of separation issues. Adam specializes in complex access and custody plans and has a wealth of experience in helping parties arrive at suitable parenting and contact arrangements that are consistent, concise and also flexible allowing for co-parenting relationship growth when possible. Adam enjoys coaching and has years of experience doing so, as well as supervising interns for their final accreditation step.
Krista Konrad
Krista Konrad is very experienced working with individuals, couples and families. She earned her Master of Social Worker degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1999 and is also an Accredited Family Mediator with the Ontario Association of Family Mediators. She has years of experience as a child protection worker and counsellor where she worked with families and children with complex issues including domestic violence, abuse, parent/child conflict, separation/divorce, addictions and mental health issues. Krista has been pioneering the use of Child Inclusive Mediation and New Ways for Families programs within mediation and has provided training and coaching for INSIGHTful Mediation Training for many years.
Cynthia Nantais
Cynthia Nantais graduated from Windsor Law in 1998 and earned a Master of Laws (Family Law) from Osgoode Hall in 2014. Cindy left private practice to raise her children. For more than a decade, she has been a sessional instructor in Family Law at the University of Windsor.
Now an Accredited Family Mediator, she is leading the teaching of family law for INSIGHTful Mediation Training. Cindy became a mediator to help families in conflict resolve issues in a productive and meaningful way.
Tonya Brock
Tonya Brock is an Accredited Family Mediator (AccFM) and Child Protection Mediator (CP Med) with the Ontario Association of Family Mediators (OAFM) and is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Professional Mediator (FDRP Med) with the Family Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (FDRIO). She is also an approved provider of New Ways for Families through the High Conflict Institute.
Tonya’s mediation experience spans almost two decades. She has training and experience in restorative justice, victim-offender mediation, neighbourhood disputes, circle facilitation, crisis intervention, high conflict and community mediation. Additionally, for over a decade, she has been on the roster at AXIS Family Mediation Inc. working at both the Superior (Family Court) and Ontario Courts of Justice as an Information and Referral Coordinator, Court-Based Family Mediator and Senior Mediation Intern Supervisor. With close to 600 mediations under her belt, Tonya’s non-judgemental approach has empowered couples to find their own solutions while keeping the best interests of their children paramount in all their decisions.
