This course meets the requirements of taking 21 hours in family law for those who wish to become accredited mediators but are not family lawyers. The course will explain the legal system, court structure, and all areas of family law including parenting, support, property law, etc. There is an optional 4th day for those who may wish to do parenting coordination or arbitration.
